The hololive OFFICIAL CARD GAME (hOCG) Conquest Cup is a new grassroots tournament system devised by CCE UK with the intent to create a new and exciting format for the hOCG community. It is designed to test players’ ability to play different decks of different strengths and playstyles to encourage an exciting format to provide more play opportunities for the community.

Doors open 09:00, registration ends 09:15, Round 1 starts 09:30. Expected end time 20:30.

Format

The Conquest format is inspired by the Vanguard Championship Series latest event, also hosted by CCE UK in collaboration with Yellowcard TCG, where players bring 2 decks and must win with both decks in order to win the round. This makes each round effectively a best of 3*.

*No overtime; if time is called during a game, that game becomes a double loss and the player with more game wins is the match winner. If time is called during game 3, the match result is double loss outright, as the round result becomes 1-1 and there is no clear winner. If time is called in between games, do not start another and do the same wins comparison.

Requirements

• Players must bring two (2) Standard decks.

• Players must have a BushiNavi ID

Deck Building Rules and Sleeving Requirements

• The 2 decks must have different Oshi holomem, where the points of the Oshis combined do not exceed 3.

• The 2 decks must not have any repeating 2nd Bloom holomems (for example, if Deck A has any copies of hBP05-045, Deck B cannot have any copies of the same card). Current active restriction list is in effect.

• Decks must be allocated as Deck A and Deck B when registering for the tournament. This cannot be changed during the event. This will be identified with a sticker on the deck box given by the Tournament Organiser.

• Main Deck A and Main Deck B must be in distinct and different sleeves. Cheers can be reused between decks if needed.
